- DDDaniel Diaz4 days ago3.0I went the other night and had ordered a 12 ct grilled nuggets meal with a kale crunch salad and a mac & cheese on the side. I didn’t receive my meal, only the side of mac & cheese. I called, and they were helpful and guaranteed I could get my order on a future visit. I went yesterday to receive that order, and they wanted to charge me for the side of mac & cheese. I mentioned that’s not what I was told. It’s upsetting because my intention was to eat everything together, and on both visits, I couldn’t get my complete meal, not to mention I had to go out of my way both times and still not be fully satisfied.
