  This store never answers the phone nor is anyone ever present at Customer Service. I would otherwise give this store a high rating but I'm frustrated that every single time I call, no one answers and if by chance someone does, they are quick to not help solve the issue. This is the only Albertsons that FAILS when it comes to helping anyone over the phone. I hope that they will improve in the near future.

  There is a specific cashier/supervisor , she has been there for years, and I did not get her name but I will. She is extremely rude and this is not the first incident,I just happen to be very forgiving because I have worked customer service and I understand sometimes you have a long day BUT that after today’s incident, I cannot tolerate her rudeness anymore longer. The main entrance was blocked off, so I walked up to the exit where she was “assisting” in self check out, I approached her and said “excuse me” to get her attention, she gave me a super rude attitude and started arguing with me about why I needed to wait and that she is not gonna address me, and that she needed to focus on what she was doing. She spent more time arguing than actually focusing on whatever she was doing, only to finally look at me and when I asked if they were still open, she went to give me a run down of their entire schedule in a passive aggressive way instead of simply saying “yes” or “no”. I was at no point rude to her or came with an attitude and I do not appreciate being treated or scolded like a child… I feel extremely disrespected and will be contacting corporate about this.

  The store has a decent selection of groceries and the staff is usually friendly and helpful. However, I've noticed that the checkout lines can get pretty long at peak hours, which can be a bit frustrating. Overall, it's a good spot for everyday shopping, just plan your visits accordingly.

  I'm from Massachusetts, A town called Canton, there this store same establishment named Shaw's, you can never go wrong with the sales, coupons and more!

  I love the store, however, a lack of courtesy clerks checking us out sucks. The parking is horrible, the KIA car dealership parks cars as does the enterprise rent a car.
