    Been coming to this location for years and have always had pretty good service and my orders are always correct. Wait can be a little long sometimes, but usually not too bad.

    Most Taco Bells in the area seem to get a 2- or 3-star rating. I'm not denying other people's experience but I do have to ask, what in the world should anyone expect from a Taco Bell? Candlelight and linen? The food is no worse than any other place in its class, likewise the atmosphere. The cleanliness and order seemed at least adequate and didn't inspire me to give it the White Glove Test." The one variable that management can affect is service. In that category, my experience on Sunday 3/14 at 5:04 PM gets all 5 stars. Well, the first couple of staff I met, probably not. I looked right at them and they simply went about their business and I was the only one at the counter. Eventually a bright young woman named (I believe) Mykaela noticed me, smiled at me, and asked what she could do for me. For some reason, I actually believed that she gave a rip about making a stranger feel welcome. This is not a small thing. Most people fail to do it. I hope that the whoever supervises Mykaela is aware of her excellent attitude and customer engagement skills and is doing something to cause her co-workers to emulate her example.

    Stopped off on a work trip ordered from mobile app went inside to confirm adress staff confirmed yes but after waiting for food was told it was the wrong address frustrating that communication was impossible was told staff member who confirmed didn't speak English however their response should have been no or no English or I don't know not yes to something they didn't understand. Frustrated because refund process on app is difficult and management wasn't helpful in fact was dismissive
