  Hello, I would like to report an issue that occurred during my recent visit to the McDonald’s restaurant located at 1410 Ary Ln, Dixon, CA 95620. I placed an order through the drive-thru for a Big Arch Burger without pickles. Unfortunately, when I started eating the burger, I realized that it contained pickles, even though my order clearly requested no pickles. I returned to the restaurant to politely ask if the burger could be replaced with the correct one. At first, a manager asked me to park and wait. After that, another employee came out and told me that they would not replace the burger because I had already eaten part of it. I then went inside the restaurant and asked to speak directly with the manager. Unfortunately, the manager refused to speak with me at all, and the situation was not addressed. This interaction was recorded on video. From my perspective, this was very disappointing because the mistake was not mine. I simply wanted to receive the item I originally ordered and paid for. As a result, I had to purchase another burger for about $10 in order to get the correct order. I actually enjoy the Big Arch Burger, but the way this situation was handled and the lack of customer service were frustrating. I have video evidence and screenshots of my order, as well as the details of the location, and I would be happy to provide them if necessary. I sincerely hope that someone from McDonald’s customer support can review this situation and contact me. I value the standards and professionalism that McDonald’s is known for, and I hope this issue can be reviewed so that situations like this are handled more appropriately in the future. Thank you for your attention, and I look forward to your response.

  It's McDonald's. Kinda the same everywhere in the US, although Hawaiian McDonald's has spam in some burgurs. It had a mellow atmosphere and the staff were kind efficient. I only eat here a few times a year and they never mess up my order. McDonald's is getting way too expensive, like all food these days.

  Always get fish filet. But they are now what I call a slider or sample size. Price went up up and filet got so small!
