I was given the same scoop as a regular sandwich, had to ask for the increase. Employee was very annoyed. Then added minimal vegetables despite asking for more. Frustration .

They had one employee working the drive thru and the other was making sandwiches. They took forever to fill one order. My friend ordered a sandwich on white bread, and I guess because I was standing next to her, the employee assumed I also wanted white bread, even though I hadn't even ordered a sandwich yet. She asked if I wanted my sandwich toasted, I said no. Then I asked for bacon to be added. She asked if I wanted the bacon heated, and I said yes, then she asked again if I wanted my sandwich toasted.
