- NGNathan GernertDec 24, 20251.0I second all of the reviews regarding service. I’ve been consistently coming to this location since the day that it opened as it is the closest location to me. There is a specific worker who consistently gives me a disgusting expression. Her attitude is horrible, glancing at me while expressing annoyance, rolling her eyes, looking away and slamming utensils. I truly hope she sees this review and reflects on how her actions affect others. I understand maybe one or two bad days, however it is every single time that I order here, like clockwork, that she gives me the same attitude. Please be mature and work on your customer service skills. Thank you On a positive note, there are some workers who have consistently given me wonderful experiences. They have not expressed annoyance while I ask for more sour cream (something that consistently happens here with my previous experiences) and they even use two bowls and tops when my orders are large to ensure that there isn’t a mess (again, I have received many orders here where the bowl and top were absolutely drenched in sour cream and other toppings because the workers rush the orders). To those of you doing the bare minimum and exceeding that at times, Thank you very much.

I did get my rewards points from scanning the Chipotle app. I was greeted with a smile prior to placing my order. The chicken burrito with chimichurri was delicious, I’ll be ordering it again! The Chipotle Dixon location is welcoming, upbeat and clean. The parking makes it so easy to get in and out. I’m sharing the experience that was given by Chipotle Team member, Mariah. She was kind, genuine and attentive. Keep up the great work and Thank You for making me feel appreciated.
