You order a milk shake and they are just milk with a little flavor!! When you say something they don't care. You have to pay more money to make it a normal milk shake. Their attitude there is terrible. Do not go there you will be disappointed!!

The website showed that specific cake not being available at the dixon location. The young woman on the phone was incredibly helpful with taking my order over the phone as well as helping me with the different options and choices available. She was very patient with me!! We decided to go with green writing, the same green on the cake. These folks definitely know what they are doing and have the vision! We decided on a chocolate chip 🍪 dough ice cream cake. My daughter absolutely loved the cake. Oh, and wow was it amazing!!! Thank you to the entire staff at the Dixon Baskin Robbins, especially in the times we are in!!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
