  I went to get some drinks, I placed a walk in order, it took less than 10 minutes and when I went back to my car I had gotten hit (hit and run) I went back and asked the employees if they had cameras in the parking lot, they said yes, but told me to make a police report, because they couldn't share footage with me. I made the police report and they told him manager had to give authorization to share footage, the police officer went back at a later day but they didn't share the footage with him either, supposedly due to their customer privacy policy. I was a customer too and not at fault of hit and run, but I guess to them it didn't matter. I would not recommend going there and won't be going there myself either.

  So I was doing multiple birthday offers and they were complaining to me to stop doing it but I was like my friend told me about it and I wasn't doing the birthday offer that long since June or July of 2025 and that boy with the curly hair was telling them something about me doing it so 1/5 stars I will never go there I love reedley dutch bros instead and they never complain about the birthday offer and ive been doing it all the time and other stores as well and they never complain like this place is with so much hate🤬👎👎.

  I love Dutch bros it’s literally my go to BUT for the first time i am disappointed. I used my points to get my free large drink and I was very unsatisfied with it I always get a golden eagle freeze which always comes out perfect this last time I got it hot and it was not good at all I was already home and was not about to go back at night to replace it. It tasted like milk with expresso and to top it off it was cold when I drank it and I know I didn’t wait long to drink it because my son and husbands got drinks were hot when we got home so mine should of been hot to. This is why I never switch up my drinks because I’m always disappointed in the outcome. Sad I waisted my points

  Thank you for the awesome customers service for making our day. For listening and being so kool. We had an awful experience in an other location in visalia.we felt so uncomfortable by the racism of our skin. Thank you dinuba dutch bros for being awesome
