It has happened to me so many times now it’s insane, I don’t understand why they keep forgetting??? they need new employees this is ridiculous at some point they actually forgot almost my ENTIRE order and I had to go back in there and tell them stuff was missing from my order.

I paid over $20 for a burrito bowl and received an embarrassingly small portion of chicken — nowhere near a full serving. There’s a clear difference between how bowls are made in person versus through the app, and customers should not be shorted just because they ordered digitally. If I’m paying full price, I expect full portions. I will be contacting corporate because this ongoing inconsistency is unacceptable. The picture speaks for itself.
