  I come here pretty often since I work nearby- not one of the better locations I've been to. In my experience they pretty frequently get items wrong. Recently I placed an order in the app for in-store pickup, and I walked about ~1/4 mile (from where i was parked) to the restaurant. When I got there the door was unlocked but they said the lobby was closed. I explained that I was able to set the order for in-store pickup, and that I walked instead of driving because of that. I don't know the name of the woman at the counter- she looked to be a shift leader- but she insisted that I leave and drive around the drive thru to get my order even though it was sitting on the counter ready. She did eventually give it to me after I pressed, but this was a non issue in the first place and I don't appreciate having to argue for an equally simple solution. I wouldn't go here if I had any other realistic option.

  Rude as heck lady in the morning. Doing too much when my order was literally ready and I was there to pick up. There wasn’t anyone else there at the drive through. BUT because of the angle of my car I couldn’t turn into the initial ordering mic area but could turn into the window. she had me LEAVE and COME BACK just because that’s the “right” way like girl. Had me pull up to the mic just to say my name and have me pull forward again when I could’ve done that at the window. My order ready right there staring me at the face lmao. Doing too much.

  Very large dining space for a Taco Bell, but probably one of the cleanest ones.

  I went to this spot with my boyfriend two days ago,we ordered one combo and crispy chicken taco. After we had meal together, we started to feel sick at the same time when we got home. Later then we both had the same symptoms. Nausea,body pain,muscle weakness and fever. We hope it was just flu. But it came so fast that is suspicious.
