  I had a very disappointing and frustrating experience with this McDonald’s location. I placed an order through the mobile app and even redeemed my reward points for it. However, when I arrived, the staff told me that their system did not show my order and refused to prepare my food. What made the situation worse was their extremely rude attitude. Even after I showed them the order record and payment deduction on my phone, they completely ignored me and offered no real help. They kept asking me for the 4-digit code from the app, but I clearly explained that the McDonald’s app had just been updated and was having issues, so I could not open the detailed order page. Despite that, the app still showed that my payment had been deducted. Instead of trying to understand or solve the issue, they simply dismissed me. This experience made me feel disrespected and poorly treated as a customer. Although the amount of money was not much, that is not the point. After all of this happened, I ended up placing another order again just to get my food, which I should never have had to do. This kind of situation should not happen. Customers should not be blamed for app or system errors, and staff should treat people with basic respect and professionalism.

  Ice cream machine is always broken. You’d think with all the money McDonalds makes that they can fix their broken machines. Wouldn’t doubt employees are to lazy to work the machine cuz they need to clean it at the end of the day

  Management: Please don't send me a messagè that mentions contacting you so can can resolve the issue. We all know nothing changes and you want it to appears as something will actually change. I know it's my fault because I chose this establishment, but I find myself thinking they can't always fail. Again, I was wrong! Food: Ordered Big Mac Combo (no shred), side of sauce, and fresh fries, and coke. Food: Received Big Mac Combo with shred, no sauce on or on the side, fresh fries no salt, and a coke that was almost pure syrup. One thing that I can say about McDonald's they are consistent in serving crappy and not to order food. Go to Denny's for a fresh hot burger to order for $9.99. Break the emotional McDonald's eating.

  I went through the drive-thru around 3:10 PM on 2/22. I ordered two Happy Meals, one McCrispy medium combo, and a 10-piece Chicken McNuggets. When I got home, I found a long hair inside one of my son's Happy Meal chicken nuggets. This is extremely gross and unacceptable, especially since it was for my child. I did not take the receipt, but I paid at the drive-thru around that time. Please advise how this can be resolved.
