This young lady working at this subway, had a rude attitude towards us. Today, when we went to get subway, we ordered online. We saw the person in front of us was done with her order, and we saw her making the next order on a receipt, I asked her politely if that order was ours twice, but she ignored us. On the third time I asked, she said, in a rudely manner, “I don’t know? You can have a seat.” I asked her if the order had tuna in it, and she said yes. I asked her if she could toast it, but she said, “No you have to order that on the app, and it would be extra money.” She could’ve told me in a polite tone, because maybe I didn’t see it. After, I thought that either way, whether it was extra money or not, she could’ve toasted it and I would pay extra money for it like she listed. I thought they recently changed the policy, that toasting the bread would cost extra money. The last time when I went to this same subway, I put a note, if I could have the bread toasted, she didn’t even do it. Therefore, after my order, I went home. I checked on my Subway app to see if the policy changed because apparently toasting bread costs more money now. I checked it, and it was the same cost, it wasn’t even extra money. Overall, this young lady working here was rude and didn’t talk in a polite tone.
