  Good News is they stopped shaking the spoon. Bad news is they stopped filling the spoon. I’ve supported this location more than they’ve deserved me to. During these most recent visits i’ve been shorted what I’ve paid for when I order double. For example, recently I came and ordered a Al pastor burrito with a double of regular chicken. They were out of chicken and I had to wait, which is fine. I told him just put it in a side cup When it is ready. The guy serving me, literally fills up the side cup halfway with meat. I asked him can he fill it up to the top? He tells me they have standard portions that they have to abide by. What the hell? another incident is when I came two hours and 21 minutes before closing and I wanted to try the al pastor. Another customer was ahead of me being served, and after he got his first scoop, which was very generous the guy asked if he could have another scoop? the server said yes then the guy four Al Pastor bowls in total all with double scoops. When it was my turn to order they were out. I asked if more would be made, he said no. I said OK I’ll just have two scoops of regular chicken. I noticed my scoops were not as generous as the previous customers ahead of me. Both of my scoops together looked like how much one scoop would look like. Another time I brought my younger sister with me she always orders a double steak quesadilla. The first scoop was fine and when I asked for a double for her, the guy literally put three pieces of steak on the spoon and put it on her quesadilla. I tell him she wants a double. He says “Ma’am, this is a standard double portion.” For argument sake, I just say OK. I knew that was not right of him. Another time I brought my sister with me again she orders her food and says she wants a steak quesadilla The Mexican guy, I think he had tattoos on his arms kinda short. He repeats what she says. He asks her what she wants on her quesadilla she says just cheese. He then doesn’t put meat on her quesadilla just cheese and puts it in the oven. I tell him she wanted steak he argues with me and my 13 year-old sister and insists she said she just wanted cheese. I told him she told you she wants steak. A nearby worker hears and he just takes it out of the oven and puts steak. there has been another incident where I’ve ordered a steak bowl and a scoop of Barbacoa. I was charged double for the Barbacoa even though I only got one scoop. I tried reaching the store and of course you get a robot telling you to go to contact us. I refuse to spend my money somewhere where I am bullied and cheated out of what I’m paying for. Corporate is full of it they’ll ask you for your card information and lead you to believe they are going to refund you, but they don’t.

  0 star —— POOR Customer Service. The customer service was extremely poor, with a very unprofessional attitude--easily the worst service I've ever experienced. The ingredients in the bowls were incorrectly prepared, and the lids were not properly close at all. The staff showed no patience while I was ordering, even though there was no line behind me. I was placing an order for four people, yet their behavior remained rude and dismissive throughout. P.S. It really makes me question their management--what kind of training leads to this kind of behavior?

  My mom went to order Chipotle for our family today and I’m disgusted and disappointed by the service of these Chipotle employees. We are regular Chipotle customers, and have been to this location quite often. My mom was ordering 4 bowls for our family, and the whole time your workers were pushing my mom to hurry. Because of the constant pressure, my mom wasn’t able to think and asked your workers to give her a minute. They did not. They kept rushing her. Mind you, there was only one other customer in line behind her and they had only just arrived. EVEN IF it was busy, customers should not be treated this way. My mom came back home in tears because of how embarrassed your employees made her feel. I’m very disappointed with this service and would not want anyone else to go through this. Please ensure your employees are properly trained in basic customer service. Also, the lids weren’t even put on properly??? As soon as I got my order out of the bag and set it down on the table, the lid came off and it was only pinched on some corners. My brother said the employees looked like they didn’t really care and just tossed them in the bag.
