Customer service is a big issue — even when you ask for help, it can take a long time for anyone to show up, and some employees don’t seem very friendly or willing to assist. The bakery and service departments also feel hit‑or‑miss. I’ve seen situations where orders weren’t handled carefully, and the staff didn’t seem very concerned about fixing the problem. For a store that’s priced higher than nearby options, I expected better attention and support. It’s not terrible, but it’s definitely not my first choice when other grocery stores in the area offer faster service and a smoother shopping experience.
