Order food for the family through the app. Took me 15 min to go though the drive thru for the employee tell me everything was in the bag. Got home and was missing 3 of my items. Had to go back. This has been an ongoing issue. I would have rather them park me and get my order correct than to have me drive twice to the restaurant to get my order. Again, 98% of the time I order there they mess it up. Going forward I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and if I do order at this restaurant, I’ll make sure to order 2 items so I get my whole order.

I feel so bad for the workers inside. I am currently still waiting in the drive-through as I write this and it has been 25 minutes in the drive-through. Staff your restaurants better please. If there was an exit lane, I would use it. I am trapped. This is ridiculous.
Update: I talked to the one worker that was assigned a shift. She is the only one on right now working the whole store herself she should be given a raise and promoted to management immediately. I cannot believe that they would staff someone by themselves. What a joke

Too who it my concern. I love taco bell here in my small community but after this experience I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN. If I have a issue with my order not being placed correctly by staff instead of going to the receipt as If I took the order and made the food do the right thing and make it right with the customer. After nearly 37 dollars spent waste of my hard earned dollars. With a struggling economy at the moment every customer matters. Business starts with self accountability. I will spend my money at your competitor moving forward. Have great day.

I was hungry it was about afternoon time so my lunchbox I order was great. I made it in time for the classic original crunch wrap & double decker and enjoyed it. The staff were young crowd so couldn't expect to highly on customer service but they got order correctly.
