I mean, these guys can barely speak English, so why are they answering the phone? I can’t even explain things without them getting confused because of the language barrier. The pizza here is made so inconsistently, you never know what quality you will even receive. I think the language issue translate to the tickets, because they ignore “extra cheese” instructions and do things like put onions on my pizza even when I never even ordered onions. It’s happened more than once, otherwise I wouldn’t even say anything assuming it was a simple mistake. This location really pmo so bad. Managers are not college educated and just paying for one would solve a lot of problems here. Especially if the franchise owner is going to be absent all the time like they are.
