Every time I go to The customer service area, there’s never no one there and I’m always waiting 5 to 10 minutes for service. One time there was a lady sitting in the room with a one-way glass so she could see me, but I couldn’t see her. I stood there for five minutes and someone told me to knock on the door and I did. She opens it and says I’ll be right with you rudely. So she obviously saw me but she didn’t help. Very bad service. My recent experience I stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before I got any help.
