We started crafting completely unique Persian ice cream in 1974, founded by Ali Kashani AKA "Haji" to his friends in Westwood. Haji’s recipe for rich and fragrant ice cream traveled with him all the way from Tehran, Iran to the United States. Californians have been spellbound ever since by its velvety texture and impossibly delicious flavors.
We’re proud to remain family-owned and operated decades later, and we only work with natural ingredients of the highest quality. Ice cream this good only comes from Saffron & Rose, and you need to taste it to believe it.
