Busy Saturday with a tournament in town. 1 cashier trying to help the drive thru and asist people in the restaurant and only 2 people prepping the food. When I tried to order at the register, the customers there told me they were declined service and were told to use the kios if they wanted to order inside the restaurant. I did not rate it a 1 because it wasn't the employees fault.
