While we were simply standing in line, she made a rude comment in Punjabi about us “just posing,” assuming we wouldn’t understand. In our language, the way she said it was demeaning and implied we were characterless, which was humiliating and completely uncalled for. When we called afterward to address it, she mocked our feelings, spoke sarcastically, and refused to take any accountability. Being dismissed and laughed at was even more upsetting. No customer should be talked about or treated this way. This location needs serious improvement in professionalism and basic respect. I wouldn’t recommend coming here until management addresses this behavior.
