- MLMichael LambFeb 1, 20261.0This Safeway has a problem with customer service. The cashiers are consistently unfriendly and rude. Recently, I approached the express checkout line and the African American female cashier who was also the front end manager, looked up to see if the express light was on or not. She was hoping that she could turn me away. When she saw that she couldn’t, she completely ignored me and continued to talk to the cashier next to her. When she noticed that I was not happy she asked me why. I I told her that I didn’t like her lack of attention and bad customer service, and she began to deflect and gaslight. She never apologized for treating me like I was invisible. I have had many disappointing experiences like this at this store.

First they agree to refund, but after two weeks they refused the refund request and ask me to return the order to get refund????? This is fraud and manager is lack of basic education and respect to the customer
