Especially there's this older woman in black spectacles that will not even greet you if you enter the restaurant (and treats you quite poorly, unless you look well dressed). It used to a be joy to dine here when there were better people in the reception.

Both times I visited the amount of food seemed larger than other Paneras! I couldn’t eat all of my chicken pesto ciabatta dipper! (Although I have to admit I think I was shorted on the dipping sauce because it only lasted for half the sandwich)! The restaurant was also very clean. This will be my go to Panera when in the Sacramento area.
