She was so kind about the mistake and quickly remade my drink. 10/10 service. She was the kind of employee you want representing your store and definitely deserves a raise!

Customer service is atrocious, after waiting for 5 minutes just to be acknowledged I was told to come back in 20 or 30 minutes because they had too many online orders.
