I ordered a marble cake with whipped cream and I received the wrong with lemon jelly, called to speak to customer service and a gentleman picked up I informed him what I ordered and how I'm a little down because the ruined the birthday party and he accused me of ordering it excuse me. So I came in the store with my receipt around 10pm and one register was open and I asked the BOBBY if I spoke to him on the phone and HE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE. I GAVE HIM THE RECEIPT AND HE SNATCHED IT FROM ME. I ASKED HIM WHAT HIS PROBLEM WAS AND WHY DID HE SNATCH MY RECEIPT I TOOK MY RECEIPT BACK. Gave it to him again and BOBBY DECIDED TO SNATCH AGAIN SO I TRIED TO SNATCH IT BACK AND HE JUMPED BACK AND SAID I TRIED TO HIT HIM. BOBBY respect yourself. If you hate your job please leave and let someone else work. I don't know how you are the night manager with ZERO TRAINING.

I wanted to make a custom cake with a photo and the morning shift was so helpful and attentive, Joseling created a photo cake topping right there on the spot done in minutes. I’m very pleased with the quality, efficiency, and overall customer service so early in the morning. Thanks again you made my dear friend’s bday cake wish come true.
