I didn’t want to complain but multiple times we’ve visited our orders will be missing items and they’ve refused to provide a refund for the missing items when I’ve called in. “You have to come in and present your ticket” they say. It’s 2025. They use digital kiosks and take credit cards but don’t have the ability to refund people unless they physically return to the store. If I’m ordering from a drive thru I have somewhere else to be. I shouldn’t expect great service from a Taco Bell but somehow the staff here manage to not clear the already low bar. If it was affordable that would be another thing, but you’re paying sit down restaurant prices for a literal Taco Bell.
