  Worst pizza ever. We ordered 2 pizzas for delivery. It took over an hour from the time the pizza left the shop to our house which is at most a 15 min drive. We called to see if they needed us to pick it up and the guy said he would check with the driver and then hung up. I called back thinking the hang up was an accident but nope - this seems to be standard business there. No concerns from the person on the phone. We received cold soggy pizza with literally one 1-inch square of ham per slice. Will never order from Dominos again.

  We ordered a pizza and it was totally undercooked! We went back and the woman we talked to was completely rude with us! She even raised her voice at us! I would not recommend this place to anyone! This was the most horrible experience I have ever made with customer service! Don’t go there!

  Worst dominos branch in the world, tried two times. First time order was delivered after more than 1.5 hrs, pizza cold as a rock. Gave it a second try and shouldnt have, yesterday pizza did not get delivered at all. Delivery person messaged me they couldnt find the address and then after 30 mins said its delivered, i was home and did not see anyone come by. Worst part of this is that you cannot call the branch and talk to someone, they put you on hold hours. I might give up on getting my refund, think of this as my donation to you horrible branch Update: After being on hold for 30 mins "manager" at the branch picked up, spoke extremely rudely and when i said i did not get the pizza delivered, they disconnected the call saying they are too busy and cannot help me! Just pathetic people at this branch, stay away

  This place has been very good for us. I have a disabled child and we do take-out exclusively. We order online, hop in the car and pickup, with usually no waiting. It is hot and I have not had any order errors, but we always get a pre-arranged combo, like the extravaganza. We don't do delivery, since they are so close and I need the fresh air anyway. Parking is usually good, but some days the shared lot gets very busy. Overall it is not a deterrent.

  I am writing to formally report a highly disturbing and unacceptable experience with the Domino’s location in Danville. On the date of my order, I placed a pizza delivery order from this location. When the driver arrived, they did not have change available. I informed the driver that I would contact the store directly to resolve the payment issue. Following this interaction, I was subjected to harassment by both the delivery driver and the store manager. Most concerning, I received multiple voicemails from individuals associated with this store who falsely claimed to be a Danville police detective. This behavior is alarming, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable. The following day, I contacted the store in good faith to pay for the order and requested to speak with the manager. During this call, the manager was extremely rude and unprofessional. She raised her voice, repeatedly questioned why I had not paid, demanded to know if I was “ready to pay now,” stated she had other customers to deal with, and abruptly ended the call. Afterward, she continued calling me approximately four to five times, which I consider further harassment. Additionally, I have since become aware that the manager is now harassing her own delivery driver and attempting to force the driver to personally pay for this situation. This is deeply troubling and reflects extremely poor management practices. No employee should be intimidated or financially penalized for a situation caused by management’s handling of a customer issue. Due to the ongoing harassment, unprofessional conduct, and impersonation of law enforcement, I no longer feel safe or comfortable engaging with this location. No customer or employee should be treated in this manner, and a business should never be operated this way. I am requesting that this matter be thoroughly investigated and appropriately addressed at the corporate level.
