Nothing is ever ready and she will always tell you "5 more minutes" regardless of how long it will actually take. This place used to be decent, but I recommend ordering from San Ramon and avoid this store.

On one occasion, the manager woman went as far as accusing me of lying about my order not being delivered and told me to not call the store again. So I went there with my doorbell cam footage to show her in person, only to find out that the delivery driver couldn't log into his app and had no verification of my order. The manager hadn't even bothered to verify with the driver that the order had been delivered. So at this point, we're done. I like Domino's for the convenience and like the pizza, but it's not worth the headache. I would avoid this store and find pizza somewhere else.

Tried to call the store to get help, the ‘AI’ agent disconnected the call 3 times. After over an hour, the pizza was delivered freezing cold and essentially inedible. Going to have to go buy something else to eat for dinner, if I could give negative stars, I would. Unbelievable how poor a simple experience could be.

When we called they told us they didn't have crunch cakes so made the decision to substitute.
