- PPPhilipJun 6, 20251.0i went to this subway at 7:00 pm June 6th. i left around 7:30. i’m sorry but 30 minutes to get two sandwiches (which turned out to be one) is absolutely ridiculous. we were “helped” by this girl who had an airpod in one of her ears and her attitude was horrible. what happened was that we ordered the meal of the day (tuna) for 10.99 because we had ordered a foot long sandwich (foot long for +$3). when it was time to pay for the sandwich, she put in the foot long sandwich, chips, and a small drink (all of which should have been 10.99) as separate items in the register. we told her that we had ordered the meal of the day and she just looked at us in the eye and went “i don’t know”. she didn’t even try to work things out or listen to us. i told her that either she figure out what to do about this, or we won’t buy it, and she GLARED at me. her attitude was disrespectful and made me lose my appetite. i’ve never met anyone such a horrible loser like attitude. to add on to this lovely time, we had two more customers in front of us (the first was a family of 3 and the next was one man). she took forever to finish those two customers - it took so long that by the time we left 30 minutes has passed. if ur ever considering coming here, don’t- just drive an extra five minutes and go to the one in Laguna Niguel. i hope this helps
