    Edit: your reply is horrible. Please shop family private owned business and not at chains or franchises like subway! It is extremely creepy that someone replied to my review from 9 years ago.

    Horrible experience! I'm not one to complain but I'm so pissed it's just been a downward spiral of dicoveries since getting my food! I placed an order on the app for an easy pickup. I get there right when the only person working was sealing my bag. No other customers in the store! He gives me my bag and just seems annoyed when I need to ask if the drink was inside and then he just hands me a cup. Then 2 customers walk in. I open the bag while I was there. I notice I'm missing the 2 cookies that I ordered. I quietly go up to the counter and wait patiently while he was talking to the customer. He seems so irritated that I'm asking for the cookies that are missing. Just feel like I'm getting attitude from him. They end up being out of 1 of the cookies I order and doesn't tell me what options there are to choose so I just say chocolate chip because I figured they'd have it. I leave, as I'm driving to my destination I realize the things I asked to be on the side wasn't in the bag but I'm not dealing with it anymore. I get to where I'm going. None of the sandwiches are labeled so I'm playing the guessing game and can already tell based on the size they are lacking something. I open the first sandwich. Barely any meat in my footlong and all I can taste is onion, mayo, and black pepper. It was just loaded with these 3 ingredients when I never asked for extra should've been a normal amount. I usually can barely finish half of a footlong and have leftovers. It was so lacking on ingredients I was able to finish the entire footlong and was still hungry! Like seriously, I paid for a sprinkling of meat and veggies and just received gobs of mayo, a pound of onions, and a heavy amount of black pepper in bread! What kind of sandwich is that? My mom comes later to eat one of the other sandwiches. And this is when I decide to complain. The sandwich was no where near what I ordered. He picked his own sandwich meats and filled it how he wanted to fill it! No where close to what was ordered! So I open the last sandwich and it just looked like someone passed it by the veggies, there was like no veggies in it whatsoever. Like it was so skimpy it was crazy! I go back on the app to place a complaint. And it's so difficult to navigate! I had to go to the live messaging and after having to fill out everything about me and my information. It won't except the image upload and then it couldn't except my feedback so I had to give as little details as possible. Just to receive back a message saying you'll be getting an email at some point. Like seriously! Absolute worst experience ever! Horrible customer service, incorrect food, horrible app help! At this point I never want to place another order at a subway or eat there again! I just wasted money on absolute disgust and disrespect! I was so unhappy I needed to place a review to warn others!

    Nice employee.. Cesar was excellent. Loved my sandwich. Love the new Pepsi fountain machine..Clean store too
