The whole process of ordering and getting food took about 30 minutes and my food was incorrect. It took about 10 minutes for the person in front of me to give their order (not sure whose fault that was) and one minute for me to give my order. It then took about 15 minutes for the person in front of me to get their food and it looked like they only had about 3 or 4 sandwiches. It then took about 5 minutes for me to get my hamburger which was incorrect as it had cheese on it even though I asked for no cheese. I will not be going to this Wendy's again.

I'll tell you ..Wendy's burgers are so far ahead of those others it just boggles the mind why they aren't in the number 1 position, but I guess it's a good thing otherwise the lines would be out the door! I got a Spicy Bacon Cheeseburger with Tater Tots, and as always...it was so amazing I went back to the counter for another! Always a 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ experience!

The woman gave me 2 straws and only the cold brew then said I never ordered the soda. She charged me for what I ordered. Never gave me a receipt and then wanted to charge me another 4 dollars for a large soda. Also the fries and burger I got were COLD. Audit your employees at this location ASAP
