The woman gave me 2 straws and only the cold brew then said I never ordered the soda. She charged me for what I ordered. Never gave me a receipt and then wanted to charge me another 4 dollars for a large soda. Also the fries and burger I got were COLD. Audit your employees at this location ASAP

It has the correct order on my receipt but clearly Wendy's doesn't gaf about training or paying staff well. Obv this is just fast food quality now and it's all really bad. I should just go buy frozen food and reheat it at home since it's all made in the same factory anyway 🙄
