However, the person working at that time was grumpy and unwelcoming off the bat. We asked if the location participated in accepting the paper coupons or even the deals on the app (we were intending to use the current footlong BOGO deal). The guy quickly stated that he doesn't take coupons, period, end of story. He might as well have said get the hell out at that point because his attitude was awful. Just a rude and disappointing experience. Not even a sorry or any effort to offer an alternative. @Subway, please improve customer service at this location. GO TO THE ONE DOWN THE HILL INSTEAD AT 2296 WESTBOROUGH and you will be treated 10x better, honor your coupons and actually enjoy a pleasant meal. Trust me. If Frank is working, he’ll take care of you.
