Then he was rude about bagging. I have been coming to this Safeway for more than a decade spending thousands of dollars to contribute to this location so it’s disappointing to be treated rudely.

On the pick up time/date I showed up with my receipt only to find out they never baked my order. They claimed they lost my ticket, so nobody prepared it. I had to wait an additional 2 hours until I could pick it up. As a result, the cake was extremely late to my the party and left everyone disappointed. The bakery staff never offered an apology or discount for their mistake. To top it off, the letters on the cake weren’t centered and everything looked rushed. If you’re looking to order from them, I would recommend calling ahead a day or two prior and again on the day of, so this doesn’t happen to you
