  I usually go to lunch here with my dad but today I was sick so my dad picked up a sandwich and soup and brought it home for me. The sandwich ordered was the Toasted Italiano. Here is what it was supposed to have on it: Panera's Toasted Italiano is a hearty sandwich on a French baguette featuring Black Forest ham, soppressata, melted provolone cheese, fresh romaine lettuce, red onions, sliced pepperoncini peppers, creamy garlic aioli, and tangy Greek dressing. What I got was bread, soppressata (4 pieces), Two wilted (small) pieces of lettuce and not much else...(See picture). I called the restaurant to speak to the manager about the issue but the manager was not "available". I called customer service twice but was told that they could not help me without the information on the receipt which I don't have because my dad never keeps receipts... whoever made this sandwich either needs more training or just needs to be fired. Their policy is to make things right if you are not satisfied but obviously this only applies to food eaten while at the restaurant. My rating for service is just a guess and my rating for atmosphere is from past experiences. The windows are nasty and are never cleaned, The beverage area is always filthy, and you can never get mayonnaise without an interpreter. At least they didn't add too much water to the broccoli cheddar soup this time... Goodbye Panera... there are too many other places that I can spend money and get a decent meal. Update: I called customer service a 3rd time and finally got someone who knew what he was doing. I was able to get rewards added to my account in excess of what the sandwich cost. However, I don't know if the issue has been resolved at the restaurant, IE: If management has been notified and done something to resolve the sandwich making issue. So for now I am leaving this review up.

  Run by Terrible arrogant rude staff this place needs a serious facelift from the inside out , counters are filthy , garbage cans over flow , not tidy , staff unhappy very unwelcoming , I used to use them for all my Corporate Catering needs , Never again ! What a DUMP!

  Staff is always friendly & helpful and provides service with a smile. Their food is fresh & semi- healthy. It all depends on what you enjoy eating. If you have the app, they are quick with service and always have it ready by the time you've arrived. Parking lot makes for easy pickup. And I really enjoy that they maintain the dining area regularly, so you can always find a clean spot to eat and relax. I always have a nice & relaxing visit and highly recommend this place.
