The food is ok. BUT the servise is terrible. My order is always missing items or sauce. The manger is very rude to the customers. A few days ago, I went to buy some McDonald’s. When I placed my order, I didn’t take the receipt. After I got my food, I went to the parking lot to eat and realized that one order of fries was missing. So I drove back to ask for it.
The manager had a very bad attitude and told me that I had to show the receipt in order to get the fries. Was this really my fault? Why did you have to give me attitude? This was your mistake. Do you really think I would lie just for one pack of fries? That’s ridiculous.I paid for my food here, so I should receive what I paid for — not your rude attitude, Manager.
