I have ordered fries before and the are not completely cook not only that I had ask for a large fries and got a medium but I still got charged for a large. So disappointed on how McDonald's has decrease their standards on everything.

I wasn’t even a customer, but an Asian female staff member was incredibly kind and respectful. She didn’t hesitate at all — she gave me a cup of water, thoughtfully put a lid on it, and added a straw. That cup of water honestly brought me back to life. It wasn’t just hydration, it was genuine human kindness. Great service isn’t about whether someone pays or not — it’s about compassion. I’m truly grateful, and she absolutely deserves five stars.
