I called for an explanation and a girl named Carla looked into the issue and said the driver was just making another delivery and would arrive with my order in 2-3 minutes. Right after that call the website showed my order as delivered, but it hadn't been delivered, so I called and spoke with Carla again who told me the driver would deliver my order in about 5 minutes. At that point I asked her to cancel/refund my order which she REFUSED to do asking me to just wait for my delivery. I went to the store and asked for the manager on duty and Carla said she was the manager on duty. I then asked for the store manager's info and she said she was the store manager. I then for a 2nd time asked her to cancel/refund my order and she ignored this request, telling me my order would arrive soon (to which I explained by then I had already told the driver to take the order back). I then pointed out I wasn't asking her where my order was but was asking her to cancel/refund it and she finally cancelled my order. I asked who her supervisor was and she said she didn't know how to contact him. I asked her for the supervisor's phone number or an email address and she said she didn't have either. I asked her for her supervisor's name and she said "Cindy". I asked her for Cindy's last name and she said she didn't know it. Carla was unbelievably rude and unprofessional and if she wasn't lying (which I believe she was) and she's actually the store manager she is the embodiment of what is wrong with this store and I will never order from this store again and advise everyone to just order from a different store.
