- RWRyan Wong5 days ago1.0I hosted my birthday party at Dave & Buster’s for about 35 guests under a signed group contract, and unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. Despite pre-ordering food in advance, there wasn’t enough for the group and several guests went without. Only part of the order was served on time, some contracted items were missing, and there were billing issues for food that was never brought out. Throughout the evening, basic service needs like seating, utensils, drink refills, and even cake service required repeated follow-up. As the host, I spent much of the night tracking down staff instead of enjoying the celebration. I followed up directly by email afterward and was told someone would reach out with a resolution, but I never received a response. For a contracted group event, I expected a far more organized and professional experience. I hope management takes this feedback seriously and improves execution and follow-through for future events.
