  They ran out of all protein except shredded pork and beef. They weren't that nice. The place was a bit dirty on the table and high chair, but maybe because it was the end of the day.

  Nenita is extremely rude. She has zero customer service and should be fired. She needs to get attitude under control. She made me lose my appetite. I am never coming back to this location anymore.

  Went in here today to pickup my mobile order. Asked for the restroom code from the mobile order pickup counter and was directed to the cashier. Asked the cashier for the restroom code. Was told I'd have to place an order for restroom access. I tell her I'm here to pickup my order and I'd like to wash my hands before I handle the food that I ordered. She proceeds to verify that I have an order. She does and at that point she typed the code for me. I wash my hands. Why did we have to do all of this just so could wash my hands. I know why. But just to confirm my suspension, I go to the counter again. I wait while she completes the transaction she is working on. When she's done I ask her for a refund. She tells me that I have to get that from the pickup order counter. Pickup order counter tells me I have to get my refund from the app. I go to the app... go back and forth with them. They tell me because I picked up the order, there's nothing they can do for me. Meanwhile going back and forth with the app... someone who doesn't look like me, asked to use the same restroom and was given the code no questions asked. They didn't type it in for him or anything they with me. I looked the cashier dead in the face. Did you verify his order? She ignored me. But the cherry on top of it all... either a store employee or whoever I spoke to on the Chipotle chat app changed my phone number to block my access to the app.

  They skimped big time on the chicken. Dirty. No forks or napkins. Fresh lemonades were all out.

  I had a very bad experience picking up a to-go order at Chipotle. The cashier couldn’t speak English and couldn’t help me. Not speaking English may not be a flaw, but being rude definitely is. The attitude was disrespectful. You need to know that the person in front of you is a customer and you should know how to speak and behave toward a customer. The problem is not only the employee, but also the managers who don’t supervise their staff. This is one of the worst Chipotle locations I’ve seen, and because of this disrespect, I won’t be coming back. No one is forcing you to work here. If you don’t like your job, then don’t work here
