  I had such a great time at Dave & Buster’s in Daly City! The atmosphere was lively and fun, perfect for a night out with friends or family. The games were well-maintained and there was a huge variety, something for everyone, whether you like classic arcade games or more modern interactive ones. The food and drinks were surprisingly good, and everything came out fresh and fast. Staff were friendly, helpful, and kept everything running smoothly, even when it got busy. Overall, it’s a perfect spot to unwind, have fun, and make some great memories. Definitely a 5-star experience. I’ll be coming back soon!

  No wonder this place is dead. The bartender told me a side of shrimp is $5 but charges me $7.50. They came out tiny shrimps that were frozen. Since when do establishments charge you for tartar sauce when you order fish and chips? Isn’t that automatically included? Food had a weird after taste. Maybe used old oil to fry? Charging me for a side of ranch is beyond ridiculous. This place nit picks and charges for everything. Again, no wonder this place is dead. Next time, eat at the restaurant, not the bar. Also note; the bar menu has no pricing so they can charge you what they want for any drink. A big “hell No” for me!

  I wouldn't come here except for the kids. But you know? Sometimes that's enough. And don't get me wrong... There's nothing wrong with this place. I just feel I'm too old to enjoy this place WITHOUT my kids. They have fun, they can eat, they still play video games that isn't on the phone. It's pricey though, but I can just get some hard drinks and I can watch them all day LOL. Food is decent because it's consistent and again, the kids have fun, so that's what's important. Thanks for being here.

  Sydney was such a wonderful host for my son’s birthday at Dave & Buster’s. She went above and beyond to make sure both I and all of our guests felt taken care of. Everything ran so smoothly—she was always attentive, on top of every detail, and made sure no one was left waiting for anything. She made all the kids and parents feel welcome and created such a fun, stress-free experience for everyone. Sydney is incredibly professional, consistent, and truly exceptional at what she does. Thank you for making my son’s birthday celebration so fun and memorable—we truly appreciate you!

  Rarely leave any sort of reviews unless it’s positive, but I’ve never had an experience like this. We went to Dave and Busters for the second time this week. We showed up to have a fun night and then we met the general manager Michael Garcia. How this guy is still employed is beyond me. All four of us are 28 and the general manager refused to serve us and kicked us out of the establishment for having fake IDs. (They are all real IDs) He started screaming, using inappropriate language and couldn’t have been anymore unprofessional as we sat there confused thinking he was kidding. A couple workers even stepped in to show him they are real and he yelled back saying “he doesn’t care because he’s the boss around here”. He made us all very uncomfortable. Keep in mind they are all real IDs and we had already been served there this week. The rest of the staff couldn’t have been more respectful, apologizing continuously for how Mike acted as they stated he’s known to be a rear end. To add to it we had just got there and uploaded $120 in game play which we hopefully get refunded. I have never seen someone on a bigger power trip. His entire staff said they deal with this on a daily basis and how he’s always out of control. This was a waste of a Saturday night and whoever evaluates managers needs to take a hard look into Mike Garcia before he costs you more customers!
