For example my tacos often have literally a pinch of lettuce and the burritos are skinnier and even grilled for a shorter amount of time and the nacho fries always have such little seasoning they're basically regular fries. I'm not greedy and didn't think it was a big deal until i went to another location where the service and quality is much better.

In either case she was wrong and if the close earlier it should be posted. But them not wanting to take an order because they are lazy isn't how it should go

The employees seemed happy and service was good. Because of this, we expected our future experiences at this Taco Bell to be pleasant. However, each time we did either online orders or drive through, food wasn't great, moreover once they told us they were out of beans on a Saturday evening and then today, they wouldn't even respond to us at the drive through entrance. Several times I said, "hello is anyone there" and nothing after 5 minutes. As we reversed out of there and went around, we see a car at the drive through window. We were ignored. I don't understand why they couldn't acknowledge us by saying at least to wait just a moment. This place will definitely not be on our late night munchies list.
