We asked for a cheesy steak and pointed at the menu in front of her that it was number 31; she was not even looking at us or paying attention to what we were saying so she made the wrong sandwich and when I asked her if she was making the cheesy steak as we asked from the start, she got annoyed and pointed out "that's 31 not 21" as if we didn't just say 31. Sandwich was awful, pretzel footlong was salty, awful service.
