    I have been coming to this Papa John’s for more than six years. I live right around the corner. I don’t eat much here anymore but I had a DoorDash pick up order last night on Thanksgiving around 9 PM. It was my second pick up from this Papa John’s. The first one with great, in and out. The second pick up another gentleman with glasses, shaved beard and a buzzed black hair (skinny guy) ; gave me a really hard time. I’m not sure what this guy‘s issue was but he was taking forever to hand me the order. It made me late for pick up. He asked me show him my phone with the order THREE times. He was acting like I was trying to steal it or something. He took the box back out of my hands to read out the instructions on the box. After that I was completely dumbfounded. He said and I quote “this is a no contact delivery” and started trying to explain what that meant to me. I cut him off and walked out. I’m not sure if he was on drugs or something. There were people behind me. It was unbelievable. I’m not ordering Papa John’s from this location or competing any more pick up orders as long as this guy works here. He is THAT insufferably annoying.

    My family ordered a large cheese pizza and large cheese sticks on 6/2/23. the delivery guy brought a medium pizza. When we tried to call about the issue, the guy that answered the phone kept hanging up on us. We called several times, and every time the man hung up. Not a good way to keep customers. This used to be our favorite pizza, but not anymore.

    Horrible! This isn't the first time this has happend. I order from app and it tells me 35 to 45 minutes ETA. This last time 1 1/2 hours pass by and I call. The unprofessional kid says he has no drivers available. He said I am next though. 2 hours and 15 minutes the pizza gets delivered and everything was cold. And I mean cold not just cooled off a little. Last time ill every order from this place.
