- AMApril Meredith3 days ago1.0Beware of the cheap container they put your food in. I ordered a bowl tonight, drove 13 minutes back to my hotel. Lift the bag up and walked up the stairs. My entire bowl soaked through the bag and the container. Everything landed on the hotel ground. Which was a mess to clean up. Tried contacting the store to see what they could do. Unfortunately goes to customer service who wouldn't do anything without a receipt. I tried asking if they can looking the account up with the barcode I scanned in stores. Kept saying all the information I provided was not found in the system. Yet wanted me to stick my hand in a public garbage can to retrieve it. Yeah that'll be a no. Lost a customer for life. Make better packaging.

I BELIEVE it’s a WASTE OF YOUR TIME because no one has the audacity to be apologetic, sympathetic and/or provide something to you for your disappointing experience!! I’m unsure WHY when these employees are having a bad day, they take it out on the customer. I’m extremely polite and hoping I’m able to just place a smile on their face but that’s a WASTE OF MY TIME!! The tables are always filthy and as prices increase the portion size decrease.

Very unfortunate. They offered to remake it but it’s just they shouldn’t even happen in the first place so I felt bad and I just left.
