My credit card apparently got declined twice (which I had just used 5 minutes before)I told her I would get another card from my husband who had to drive there since I had no cash on me.she was very unfriendly and just kept saying it got declined.By the way our ice cream was sitting out and melting in this 30 minute time. A customer came in and had a preorder ice cream cake. She went to pay and it got declined as well. Apparently the whole system was down. The customer had to show her how to reboot the system which took a bit.. She ended up paying cash which I didn’t have. System came back up for me to pay. I never got a sorry or even a slight discount after 30 minutes. I’m not sure what happen to customer service because I was not treated right. I know her name but would not want to post but she made feel awful and very embarrassed

Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?
Editing your account information is easy. Just sign in to your account in the BR App, tap the pink spoons icon, and click My Account to make the necessary edits.
I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
