  The vendor is pushy and trying to sell anything and the ice cream cone did not look right if you are a DQ fan don’t expect the “snowman” shape on your cone. They look like strange volcanos. I’m just glad the flavor is the same

  The Indian lady that works there is super rude. I purchased my son a cone using the mobile app. Somehow their system is slow and she didn't received my order so she made a big deal in front of everyone and refused to give my son the ice cream cone. I showed her my receipt and credit card statement but she still refused. We waited 15 minutes and the order eventally came in and another Asian lady gave him the ice cream. Terrible service over a $2 ice cream cone. Made us look like we're trying to get free ice cream in front of a bunch of people.

  As many of you may be aware of, today is March 19th, known officially as free cone day. But guess what, I got off of my job at 5pm only to show up to a sign that read "No More Free Cones", it was 5pm. I don't remember the day ending at 5pm. This was extremely upsetting as I was looking forward to this event all day. Not to mention this was the second location I went to today. I drove all the way here to once again be disappointed by a misleading event that claimed it was free cone 'day'. Please do better next time as some people can't afford to waste money on gas.

  It was clean and the workers seemed nice. But it was blah inside. Put some photos up. Advertisement poster. Something. But I just love your ice cream
