Loud but I guess it could have been louder. Food is expensive but thankfully I didn't have to pay. The food was good however. But I mean, it's gotta be pretty hard to screw up fettuccini Alfredo, right?

I'm a dog person, so I really like this place. I'm told it is a chain, but this is the better than most of the others. Dogs are only in the outside area, which is fine, they have fans for warm days and heaters for cold days. They even have menu items for dogs, or you can bring your own. They supply water for your dog which is great. The inside of the restaurant is pretty nice as well just for going to a regular restaurant. They use lots of wood and warm materials in their interior design and that is something I like.

I’ve ordered from Lazy Dog multiple times and have always had a good experience, which is why this situation was so disappointing.
I placed a large staff lunch order that was delivered through Grubhub, and it was marked as “delivered” with no actual handoff. When I called the restaurant for help, I was transferred three separate times and instead of being offered solutions, I was repeatedly asked what I wanted them to do to fix it.
I was also told there was a delivery photo as proof, but it turned out to be completely black and didn’t show anything. Despite that, the order was still marked as successfully handed off.
This wasn’t just a small inconvenience—it impacted a full staff lunch, and the lack of clear support or accountability made it worse. I understand that third-party delivery is involved, but as a customer ordering through your restaurant, I expected a more proactive and helpful response.
I’ve had great experiences before, but this situation definitely needs improvement in how issues like this are handled.
Below are photos of the delivery driver along with screenshots of the calls and messages I sent trying to resolve the issue.

This place is great for dogs and it has a nice outdoor covered area for folks come with their furry babies.
Happy hours is available after 9pm. We had the Lemon Pepper Tots, Buffalo Wings, and Cuban Sandwich.
The lemon pepper tots are awesome, with the right balance of lemon and pepper flavor. They are super crispy and addictive.
The Cuban Sandwich is excellent. The sourdough bread are toasted properly and crunchy. The right balance of meat inside with the bread outside. One of my fav. sandwich here.
Buffalo wings are good too, a little too spicy when I eat more.
Service can be slow though depends on how attentive your server is and how busy they are. I have to waive him down to get his attention. Regardless, they're all nice and friendly.
Note that weekends can be busy and there may be a wait. Plenty of parking available with free parking garage across from the restaurant.

We had a fantastic time at Lazy Dog! Everything was seamless from start to finish, we didn't have to wait at all for a table, and the service was top-notch. A huge shout-out to our server, Maya, who was attentive and made our experience even better.
The food came out incredibly quickly and was absolutely delicious! I ordered the All-American Burger, which was cooked perfectly, and my partner went with the Poblano Pork, which was packed with flavor. Also, they were very generous with the ranch, which is always a win in my book.
We’ll definitely be back soon!
