Great spot to grab a bite and get some work done. The WiFi was reliable, and the atmosphere was chill.

02/06/26 UPDATE: The vibe has improved—quieter, less mess, and fewer disruptive “camping” (often non-paying) customers. It seems very day-specific: some days are great, others not so much. When it is good, though, it’s genuinely nice—great lighting, lots of sunshine, and a calm, work-friendly environment. The staff has also been consistently friendly and kind overall (though I can see how customers who are more combative or disruptive might have a different opinion). Bottom line: more hit-or-miss than objectively poor. But when it's good, out of most Panera's in the LA area, it's very nice. 12/01/25 Been a regular here for a few years, and I want to start by saying the staff is genuinely kind and accommodating. They are the best part of this location (Oscar and Cameron in particular have been excellent). When it is calm, the space is usually pretty quiet outside of weekends and peak hours, and seating is often easy to find, especially the window booths. One downside is cleanliness. Dirty tables often sit for a while, which I have noticed at many Paneras. The bigger issue is the lack of a clear and consistent approach to all-day camping and disruptive behavior. To be fair, I have seen some enforcement. I once saw a barista remove someone’s luggage to get them to leave. It worked, but it felt overly aggressive and not like something staff should have to handle on their own. Most days, a small number of people take up prime seating for hours with lots of belongings, and a few are regularly the loudest and most disruptive, sometimes openly confrontational. There have been occasions where the situation escalated enough that police were called. This makes the space uncomfortable for other patrons who are just trying to work or eat. I am not asking staff to put themselves at risk. From a customer standpoint, this feels like a management issue. It has been enough that I have avoided this location for months at a time and often choose other Paneras instead. Clearer guidelines, periodic manager check-ins, and more active oversight during busy periods would help a lot and would keep enforcement from falling on individual employees in the moment.

The employees here have a really bad attitude towards customers and act as if they are being forced to work. Often, when you arrive, you'll find that the coffee is finished, and they don't bother to refill it. They are very slow.
