I had told this man I purchased the food with my money that was CHARGED! And refused becaus "it didn't appear in the system" and decided to later give it to me until I pressed him. I already paid for my food through the app why refuse it because it wasnt on the system? I get employees don't know much of their stores apps. But a MANAGER should know how the store's app works. This dude did not know how their store app works.
