Visited Cava today with so much excitement I went in asked for a bowl and it was almost closing time. She let me go ahead and choose the toppings and at every step she was like oh I don’t have that. When you know most of it is unavailable then it is appreciated to not take an order.
I paid 15 bucks for like an empty bowl.

I am a frequent customer at Cava restaurants. This location seems to have some issues with customer service. The young man who helped prepare my food was nice. There was a young lady with nose piercings didn't acknowledge when I said 'hello how are you'. She basically just stared. The cashier was also a female who didn't say thank you or offer me a pita which has never happened.

I loved my meal at Cava!
The staff were friendly & helpful at assisting me with my item selections for my Mediterranean bowl. Also, the restaurant was very clean and well-kept.
The ingredients were all fresh and delicious, and the price was very reasonable!
I for sure will be back in the future!

Had a very untypical experience at this location, every other location I've been to has been great. Ordered the lamb, they scooped basically shredded scraps onto the bowl, zero visually recognizable pieces of meat. Then they charged me $36 for one singular bowl and didn't provide a receipt. Suffice to say I will not be returning.

This is the worst cava I’ve ever been to. I’m not sure if it’s because I came late at night, but not only was the atmosphere like not welcoming, to me, you have to know your employees strengths and utilize them in those areas. Why would they have the person who seems to have a little trouble with urgency and handling the line that makes no sense. On top of me waiting for my food I had a question about a specific meat. There’s another worker who’s doing probably online orders. Literally just goes in front of her and scoops the meat that I was waiting for her to scoop. I know that might sound small, but on top of already waiting so long the staff not being friendly then just abruptly go in front of her grab the spoon and start scooping meat when she’s already trying to make my bowl just felt awkward, and if you have situational awareness, you would’ve known that that could’ve waited, She was literally about to grab the spoon and scoop that same meat into my bowl .There was only like one guy who had great energy and he had piercings I didn’t catch his name so that’s only that I can Identify him. Other than that, I will never visit this location, not friendly, not welcoming and very slow. Again, maybe it’s because I went late at night and everyone is just trying to push through the day, If that’s the case, you guys need to change the atmosphere for your employees play some music, or something. And at least when you greet people smile, it doesn’t have to be showing all teeth. You could simply smirk Or something like don’t make peoples food all angry. I was so uncomfortable but so hungry.
