  Unsanitary! Stop putting the small condiments containers for the dressing inside the bowl with customers food like what sense does that make to put plastic containers that ppl hands touch right on top of customers food better food handling procedures need to be implemented

  Firstly, David here at this location is super helpful and nice! It is so refreshing to have such a nice person answer the phone. However, the CAVA drive service takes HOURS. Ordered online at 1pm and didn't get my order until almost 4 pm. It's not always like this so if you're ordering for lunch I would be mindful of the varying delivery times. Otherwise, satisified with the food and service at this location.

  I came to the Culver City Location and Jay helped me out at cash. This team is so hospitable, great customer service and welcomes you in the minute you arrive. Food amazing as always! Location is around so many great store highly recommend!

  I love cava by no means. It just seems every time i go to a cava the service is terrible. Rushed, So quick to get me out and get onto the next. Always out of the popular items, they promise will be there. I had got a bowl today. My first bowl was thrown out because they began to make me the wrong bowl, so she threw it out started over. Forget my free side pita i asked for on multiple occasions. I also asked for sour cream pita chips which were told to me that they had. I was asked to wait for them to be made. I waited and extra 35 minutes until they closed at 10pm. My food was then cold. This was a terrible experience and a prime example why money blinds people. The people that are working and the owners on making a difference so such wont happen.

  I had a really frustrating experience at CAVA due to poor customer service and incorrect charging. When ordering, I asked for a small amount of sweet potato, but the employee (girl with orange hair and big lashes) added two full scoops. When I politely asked if some could be removed since I only wanted a little, she rolled her eyes and seemed annoyed. She then attempted to charge me for the full portion anyway. Another employee had to step in, and he agreed that I shouldn’t be charged for something I didn’t ask for, which I appreciated. However, after that interaction, the same employee incorrectly charged my other bowl, adding charges for harissa chicken and a full avocado, when I only ordered regular chicken and received just a few slices of avocado when I know they normally put more but she was upset for no reason. It felt careless and honestly retaliatory. I was polite the entire time, and the attitude I received in return was disappointing and unprofessional. Now I have to go back in person just to get a refund, since it can’t be handled over the phone, which is inconvenient. Overall, this was a really negative experience over something that should have been simple. I hope this location can improve both accuracy and customer service moving forward.
