I was looking for an organic turkey breast for Thanksgiving and couldn't find one in Brookings, but Safeway in Crescent City saved the day! They had the zo Organics brand in the turkey breast.

Would suggest signing up and using the coupons due to the high prices this store previously had security at the moment there is none we have an essential amount of homeless posted up panhandling smoking within feet of the door.

Maybe checker was just having a bad morning. No one else in line on a rainy day as I purchased a few items but this check out person Cathy decided that she would be unfriendly and then to top it off couldn’t be bothered to give me one dollar in quarters on the change she was giving me. There is an extremely reasonable grocery Outlet a block away I suggest you go there. For instance a great brand of Granola is $6.99 at this Safeway and it’s $1.99 at Grocery Outlet. Oh and they have a very friendly checkout person too.

Scale at checkout stopped working and I was told to take the rest of my items to the self checkout. No problem. One of the ladies proceeds to treat me like I'm going to steal the items. Lady, how you think I'm stealing when everyone can see the prices you charge for a couple bags of groceries?
