  That Arch burger was terrible. Bread tasted old, patties saturated in fat/oil, and really no flavor. I ordered a back up of nuggets for this reason but they were not in the bag. Got the sauce but no nuggets. Reason I don't visit too often.

  Night shift manager provides excellent customer service. They are super welcoming, patient, friendly, and helpful! Food was hot, and made exactly how it was ordered!

  The location is convenient right off the main road, but the kiosks were glitching today. Food was hot, but the dining area needed a quick clean. It works for a fast meal when I'm between sites, but nothing stands out about this specific branch.

  We ordered at the kiosk and then went to pick up our food. When we asked for a pancake tray, the staff member rolled her eyes and walked away to ask someone else instead of helping us directly. The cookies were not fresh at all—rock-hard and not warm. The fries were also cold and clearly not freshly made. On top of the food quality issues, the staff was extremely rude, barely spoke to us, and seemed very unwilling to serve us. Overall, this was a disappointing experience due to both poor service and poor food quality.
